About Q&T Foods Limited

The company is primarily engaged in the manufacturing, distribution, marketing, and sales of bakery products. Under the brand name “American Bakers“, the snacks category includes breads, buns (pav), pizza bases, kulchas, and other snacks. The company primarily targets local consumers.

The Company was initially incorporated on August 29, 2018 as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 by the name and style “Q&T Foods Private Limited”. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by the shareholders at an Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on May 27, 2024, and the name of the Company was changed to “Q&T Foods Limited”, and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 8, 2024 was issued by the Central Processing Centre.

The company offers a diverse product portfolio to suit customers with varying tastes. Under the “Bread Category“, the company manufactures and sells a variety of breads, including milk bread, white bread, multigrain bread, brown bread, and other bakery products, including kulchas, pavs, burger buns, pizza bases etc., primarily in Uttar Pradesh.

The company uses basic raw materials to manufacture its products: flour, sugar, salt, oils and fats, yeast, and fermenting agents. In addition, it also requires improvers, such as ascorbic acid, calcium propionate, and acetic acid. It sources these raw materials from suppliers in Uttar Pradesh and surrounding areas. Its procurement and inventory management processes are designed to ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials for its manufacturing operations.

Over time, they have built a dealer network of over 50 dealers selling their products, but they do not operate retail stores. Their products are sold to dealers who sell various FMCG products and then sold to retail end-consumers through their dealers, who then resell the products to retailers at a small margin through their multi-brand outlets/stores.

Its promoter, Mr. Nishant Raj Gupta, has been instrumental in the company’s business growth and is actively involved in corporate strategy and planning. The company was founded with a strong vision to maintain high standards of quality, business integrity, and customer satisfaction.
